I have a few questions regarding progress; How long did it take any of you to feel that you were actually getting better? Did you have up and down days? Did you feel like if you did a little too much or spent too much energy you were laid out for days? Did you have food allergies, if so what did you do about them? Probiotics? How long were you re-feeding before your temps shifted? I know sorry for all the questions but I need your help!
