Hi, I’m new here, and just read Diet Recovery 2… And have a couple questions…
Is this really what I should be doing even though I’m already over-weight but still with a low metabolism? (temps in the 96’s, low 97 range)
And is there anything I should be doing differently since I’m breastfeeding a 4 month old?
When I’m thirsty, am I not supposed to drink plain water? but drink milk, juice, or Gatorade instead?
