    I’m fairly new to this whole concept of ETF and trying to embrace the program without freaking out. My question has to do with how long it takes for me to recover and boost my metabolism. Does it take longer the longer my eating and metabolism have been screwed up? Looking back I have been unhealthy for almost 20 years thinking I was doing a good thing for my body. I’ve struggled with ED and restrictive diets while over exercising for all those years. I’ve have symptoms of a damaged metabolism almost as long, too, but not aware that’s what it was. Anyway, will I have to gain a lot more weight due to this or expect recovery to take longer? Thanks!
