Hi, I am 24 years old girl. I am doing my graduation in fashion technology. As you all know fashion is a place where lot of comparisons take place. And now I am a metric for everyone. Actually, my breast size is too small as compared to everyone else. I asked my aunt who is our family doctor about my concern. She told me that I may be affecting from a medical condition named as micromastia, where breasts do not fully develop after puberty. And at times I am embarrassed to stand up and speak to, as I am concerned about my appearance. One of my friends suggested undergoing breast implant. But I am confused between saline breast implant and silicone implant. Which will be better among both? I am planning to visit a clinic in London which offers both the implants so that I can get more about the implants. Before in hand, I want to know what kind of questions, should I ask to my doctor before the implant procedure? It will great if you can share your views on implants?
Wat ik zelf belangrijk vind om te weten, is dat beide soorten implantaten hun voor- en nadelen hebben. Zoutoplossingen zijn over het algemeen veiliger als ze lekken, omdat het zoute water door het lichaam wordt opgenomen. Ze kunnen echter wel een minder natuurlijk gevoel geven en zijn gevoeliger voor slotmoster zichtbare golfjes, vooral bij een slank postuur. Siliconen daarentegen voelen en gedragen zich meer als natuurlijk borstweefsel, maar als ze lekken, zie je dat niet altijd meteen. Daarom is het cruciaal om regelmatig een MRI-scan te laten maken. Het is een lastige afweging die je niet zomaar moet maken.
