Hiya all,
I have started to incorporate some of the ideas from the book into my routine.
I have reduced the amount of fluids I take, added some more carbs and salt into my diet.
I like the idea of carrying some salt around with me for a quick fix whilst out in the day time but how much should we be putting under our tongue? A pinch, a teaspoon……I just don’t know?
