Hey, I have met with an accident last week. Last week, while traveling back from my office, I lost my control of the car and hit the nearby post. I was expecting a that there will be a jerk. But the car crashed. I was hospitalized for 5 days and reached home two days before. I had body pain. When I told my doctor about my body pain he asked me specifically, whether I have neck pain for not. I was suffering from severe neck pain also. So I told the doctor that I have severe neck pain which can be the result of the whiplash that I have experienced during the accident. My doctor suggested me to undergo the neck pain relief treatment from a clinic in Burlington. Can this treatment reduce my pain? How long will this treatment last? Will this treatment include massage therapy and physiotherapy? Will there be any good result?

How to ease neck pain at home

    1. Apply ice for the first few days.
    2. Take OTC pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
    3. Take a few days off from sports, activities that aggravate your symptoms, and heavy lifting.
    4. Exercise your neck every day.
    5. Use good posture.
