Sj?gren's Syndrome / Scleroderma

My mom has both of these disorders and I would like to connect with others here who know something about them in regards to metabolism, adrenal fatigue, stress, and the like. I understand that they are autoimmune disorders and I am very familiar with most of the symptoms, at least the ones my mom is experiencing. She is in her late 70’s with no other health issues except arthritis.
