    Is slow burn training okay for pregnancy (3rd trimester)? What workouts do you pregnant ladies do?

    I’m not familiar with slow burn training and I’ve never been particularly good at following any organized exercise program. I just play with my three year old and make a point of stretching muscles that tend to tighten up on me.

    Slow burn is the training method Matt advocates. For example doing 5 exercises very slowly for 60-90 seconds. There are other variations but that’s one
