I seem to be able to eat a lot but never gain much. I’m fed up of having to be eating for hours every day.. I can gain weight from more calories but it’s such a hard task and I usually get fatigue just from eating so much.
Tell me your height and current weight. May be you’re not underweight according to your height. Or, may be there is some problem with your hormone. I suggest you get your TSH, T1, and T2 test done. Eat natural and home made meals only. You can also try Noni Juice, Mangosteen Juice, Goji Berry Juice, and eat potatoes, eggs with lots of full cream milk. I’m sure that is gonna help you a lot.
