Suffering from severe tooth ache

I had a severe toothache. As the pain was increasing day by day, I decided to consult a dentist. When I searched for an emergency dentist nearby, I came across a dental clinic that provides emergency services. So I took the details of the clinic and booked an appointment. When I went there and told the doctor about my condition, he examined my teeth. After doing a thorough examination, he said to me that my tooth is getting decayed and is severely infected. He also told me that my tooth needs to be taken off. I agreed with him, and it was taken off after 3 or 4 days. I was delighted with the services as the doctor was so skilled in taking it off without causing much pain. Has anyone faced a similar situation like this before? Do share your experiences here
