    Hi old mate,
Thank you for checking in and telling us about your progress. It’s always good to hear how others are doing. Tell me how are you day to day? DO you work? Can you work? You mentioned working out what do you do as far working out? One last questioned have you noticed that your temp drops after you work out? If it does by how much? Sorry one more question, did you take any probiotics? What was your temp when you started. Thanks for the reply. Look to hear from you soon.

Day to day I am pretty good all depending on how I sleep. I usually sleep well at night about 8-10 hours. I have some down days like anyone else but I try to be honest with myself when I am pushing to hard. But its nice to test the water every now and again.
I work as a self employed massage therapist so I am in control of how much work I have. Though my work capabilities have increased. I don’t think I would be ready to work a manual labour job from 7am – 3pm like I used to just yet.

There have been times when my body temp rises after workout however my last workout my temp dropped to 36.7, but later that after noon was back to 37.2. I did a little more than I had previously and perhaps it was too much.

My workouts are minimal and at random depending if I feel like it or not. To be honest I could push myself to work out all the time because I am passionate about movement, but thats not going to help me in the long run. Because I have put on weight I mainly focus on body weight stuff pullups, pushups, squats, hang leg raise, floor rolling patterns. My pull up max went from 15 to 3 because of the weight hahaha. But thats ok :) I used to be extremely disappointed because I couldn’t work out, but I turned that disappointment into excitement that I am finally healing.

No probiotics or supplements. Just lots of food.
When I was at my lowest my temp was down around 35. I was freezing all the time.

Im not there yet, but will I ever be? I am just happy to know that I am on the right track, and keep chipping away at it day to day, and things will keep improving over time.
