Is it normal for your temp to drop after exercise? I’ve been trying to increase my temp for about 2 weeks and have had some success. I’ve cut back on my exercise, but my temp still takes a dip after exercising some.
It’s common, but not a healthy sign. It shows that your body is having a pretty bad reaction to it at the moment. You may try eating a lot of concentrated carbohydrate before, during, and after exercise to see if you can keep from crashing like that.
My temp goes over 100 after exercise, lol. And stays elevated beyond where it normally sits for many hours after.
