My temps are consistently up over 98 (took about a month). Brain fog seems lifted. Walked for half hour yesterday and went to a Body Combat class today and my temps did not drop.
I am most interested in over all health but I have gained weight and would really love to shed the extra padding. So now that my temps are up, how should I progress? Can I eat more to appetite, 3 meals/day, exercise…as long as my temps stay up? Or should I really keep trying to be sure I am eating a certain # calories???
