I’ve been working on raising my temps now for about 8 weeks. I started at 93.4 and am now in my 2nd week of 97.2+. Very freaking ecstatic about this, but I am now having issues with my fasting glucose levels. My last official fasting blood test had me at 98, which is high and hasn’t changed in several years of low carb eating – go figure. Now that I’m eating all the food and raising my temps, my glucose is doing weird things. For example, last night 2 hours after dinner my reading (because I’m a geek, I got a thermometer and a glucose monitor when I got into the Diet Recovery process) I was at 107. This morning, 9 hours later or so, I was at 118. This has been pretty consistent since I started doing this and it’s starting to freak me out.
Should I be cutting all fructose consumption to control this? Has anyone else seen this type of fluctuation?
