I’ve started seriously looking into buying a villa in Dubai. A lot of business people have relocated there lately, and it’s easy to see why, lower taxes, great weather right on the water, and it makes meetings a lot simpler since so many of my clients are based there now. What I want is a villa by the sea, somewhere I can actually settle into comfortably. So where’s a good place to look at options like that?

That’s basically where all the business heavyweights are these days. Amazon’s got offices there, so does IBM, plus a bunch of the big AI companies. So the business scene out there is genuinely strong. I’d get in touch with a local realtor for the villa search, someone who can walk you through the lay of the land. Which areas are worth it, which ones aren’t, that kind of thing.

The different areas in Dubai are worth knowing about, sure. But it helps even more to actually see photos of what’s out there to buy. And you get a sense of pricing right away too. You can check out what villas for sale are currently available in Dubai here: https://atvir.com/uae/residential-complexes/villas . Then you can reach out to a realtor and go over the ones you liked, see what’s worth taking and what’s not.
