I always had manageable periods, but recently they became very heavy and exhausting. It even affects my work days now. I read random posts online but nothing clear. Can you recommend something that explains signs your heavy period may be caused by fibroids?

That exhaustion on top of heavy bleeding is rough, it can really throw off your whole week. A coworker of mine went through the same thing, her periods used to be predictable and then suddenly became draining enough to affect her job. She kept searching for clear answers too until she came across some info on fibroids that finally made sense of it. This page helped me understand it better why fibroids cause heavy bleeding and when to see a doctor since it lays out the signs in a pretty simple way.

Thanks for mentioning this. The constant fatigue can honestly be just as difficult as the bleeding itself, especially when it starts interfering with work and everyday plans. Someone I know went through months of thinking it was just burnout before learning fibroids were involved. Reading a straightforward explanation about why fibroids cause heavy bleeding and when to see a doctor made the whole situation feel much less confusing and helped put those symptoms into perspective.
