Hey guys!
I would love some help as I’m really suffering here. For the last 7 days i’ve been going around 15-20 times a day. I can’t live like this. I read a post on here saying that people who eat ” restricted diets” or selected diets end up getting this. Just wondering if anyone knows the food I might not be eating that’s causing this.
I was having 2 jugs of home made banana a day and several boxes of dates. I’ve started eating loads of sweet potato but still no difference.
Any idea what I need to re- introduce to my diet? If I have any fruit it sets me off big time. Sometimes going 4 times a day.
This is to much and i’m so depressed.
Can anyone tell me what I can eat to sort this out? I went vegan to take care of my IBS and it did. But now I have this. So vegan or not I just want to fix this!
