    Vegemite, Marmite, Promite etc…

What are your thoughts on these salty spreads?
Anyone had pro metabolic experiences? or negatives?
    Do you like, or dislike?

Im australian so I love vegemite. Its something I gave up for years (paleo faleo). Now that Im back eating the things I like, Im seeing positives in these salty spreads. Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.

The old vegemite advertising said ‘It puts a rose in every cheek’ Maybe they are right?

Love Vegemite! Can’t believe I avoided it for so long. It’s definitely one of my favourite ways to get the salt part of the eat for heat equation, particularly at breakfast.

When I was trying to eliminate my 3am wakings I tried eating a spoonful of Marmite before bed. Worked a treat. Not the cheapest habit, though…

One of my favourite breakfasts is sourdough toast with vegemite and cheese.

In my teens me and one of my skateboarding mates made vegemite and cheese pasta. We thought it was genius! YEars later we were seeing Vegemite and cheese pasta recipes in magazines and one television. Felt ripped off..

I put it in something – I can’t remember what now. I think it was a Jamie Oliver recipe. Beef and onion pie maybe? Can’t remember!
