I’ve always liked Rice Porridge/Pudding because its stickyness with the milk and the milk isn’t watery/more dense. I really miss eating that sticky warm sweet milky dish.
However starch doesn’t make me feel too good,even the small amounts in foods like carrots,onions etc.
So,I was wondering if anyone knows maybe if there’s something similar to be achieved with fruits/dried fruits? And how?
(So,please no suggestion like Tapioca since it’s all starch)
