I started paying a bit more attention to online sportsbooks recently because I wanted something simple to check during football matches. I had that experience with one site where finding a basic match took several menus and too many clicks. Another one I tried was much easier to understand from the beginning. I think small things like clear menus and quick loading can make a bigger difference than people expect.
