We run three dental offices and the number of Google reviews has reached the point where keeping up with replies is becoming a job of its own. We’ve looked at a few reputation management services, but some bundle in a ton of features we don’t need and others won’t even show a price until we book a sales call. All we really need is help responding consistently across the three locations without handing the whole process over to an agency. What does reputation management pricing normally look like for a business our size, and what should we expect to pay?

Honestly, I wouldn’t hand this over to an agency either. Once somebody outside the business starts replying to every review, the responses can get generic pretty fast, and then you’re paying a monthly retainer just to approve wording you could’ve handled in-house. I’d look at a lighter review management tool like GatherUp and keep final approval with your office staff. For three locations, that gives you one place to handle reviews and keeps the replies under your control without paying for a bunch of unrelated marketing services.

I’d definitely want a real monthly number before getting on three different sales calls just to hear a pitch. With three offices, you should be able to tell pretty quickly whether the cost makes sense compared with the time your staff is already spending on replies. You can check reputation management pricing here: https://commentassist.com/pricing . Use that as one reference point when you compare a few services. Then you can rule out the overpriced ones without wasting half a day talking to sales reps.
