Hello everyone.
I’m on the hunt for a corporate award that breaks away from the usual glass trophies and plaques. Something that truly makes a statement and gets people talking. I recently saw a championship belt used as a Team Achievement Award and thought it was such a bold and fun way to celebrate success.
Has anyone here tried something similar in their workplace? How did your team respond? I’m curious about other creative award ideas that inspire pride, team spirit, and maybe even a little healthy competition.
