    Hey folks,
My baby is almost one month. I’m too much worried about my belly, which became huge during my pregnancy. I feel difficulty lifting my baby. I think only regularly physiotherapy can help me from this situation. When is the best time to start physiotherapy after delivery. I would also like to hear what all care you have taken to get rid of such a similar situation. I’m hopefully waiting for your reply.

I think it would be better you consult your doctor, and he/she can guide you properly on when is the best time to start physiotherapy.

First of all, you could seek advice from your OB/GYN during your six weeks postpartum visit. He/ she could give you a proper suggestion regarding when to start with your physiotherapy depending upon your health condition. A period of 6 six weeks is enough for a full recovery; if it was a vaginal birth and a c-section, it might take a little longer. I was fit to do physiotherapy after six weeks, and I could watch the improvement after that.
