I’ve been doing 180 for about 3 weeks and I feel a little lost on how to exercise. I was running and doing Jillian Michaels workouts prior. I am not a gym person but I’m scared to go back to my old routine since my temps are high most of the day and I haven’t gained any weight eating significant more.
I do want to lose about 50lbs, I don’t care how long it takes but I feel a little confused on where to begin. How do you exercise on 180?
Well I can answer my own question now, in case future posters have it. I started doing the biggest loser 8 minute workouts. My temp did drop a little, but I feel great. It’s a short yet still hard working exercise for people who aren’t super active but want to get back into working out.
