Two schools of thought: breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper vs 3 square meals a day (which I interpret as being even in terms of calories and nutrients). What do you think is better and why? Is there one particular method which is better for serious weight loss? Or is it really just a personal thing.
I’ve been trying to eat more earlier in the day, when my body is more active. Some days I’m more successful with that than others, because it is too easy to nibble in the evening if I’m home and tired.
