I just read Diet Recovery and although I’m really intrigued I’m not sure if this will work for me to raise my metabolism as my morning temp is usually over 98 and the rest of the day it is in the 99’s.
I know my metabolism has to be seriously out of whack though because other than during my pregnancies I have eaten very restrictive diets on and off since I was 13 until presently.
I am always cold and have freezing hands and feet just not the low body temperature to go along with it. I also get extremely shaky and feel like I’m going to pass out if I go too long without eating, or eat the wrong things. I also have acne, it seems to be tied to what I eat, if I give up sugar or carbs it goes away for a while but always comes back. My seasonal allergies keep getting worse and now I have also started developing food allergies and intolerances as well.
So my question is do you think the RRARF plan would help get my metabolism healthier or not since my temperature is not low?
