Working in hospital management?

Does anyone in here work in hospital management?
One of my friends is working in a hospital in Ontario. So the hospital team is planning to extend the hospital. A new block is under construction. Hence all the medical equipment have to be relocated to the new block. Also, there will new equipment too. I’m given the responsibility for the equipment relocation. Anyone aware of medical equipment transport companies? I’ve come to know about a company offering the service but just making sure I am choosing the right one.
There are a lot of heavy equipment, the importance is to have the equipment transported and relocated without any damage.
