    I tried to control my fluid intake to urine every four hours. Well in the morning I usually drink a bit of milk with a lot of sugar, chocolate powder and salt with cookies or others sweets… After 2 hours and half or three hours I have to go to urine (a very yellow urine)… So today I eliminated milk, I ate a slice of pizza, some chocolate and some cookie. Then I didn’t drink nothing… Well after 3 hours I had to go to urine… I’m astonished… At lunch I drank two sips of fanta… And three hours after I had to go the bathroom. I know a lot of you have said me to not worry too much about these things… But why it doesn’t work? Where the hell this urine came from? Yeah I know food has water in itself but I think that is not too much to put me in the condition to urine almost after three hours…

    To make it clear this morning I drank nothing (sorry for the mistake, in the previous post). The past mornings I drank only the milk and then nothing till lunch… I think my liquid intake is really minimal… I drink more normal after 6 pm (following my thirst), because is the moment my temps grow up.

    Your body is mostly made of water and regardless of whether or not you drink you still need to eliminate your body’s waste products. You are pulling the water from your tissues.
