I tried to control my fluid intake to urine every four hours. Well in the morning I usually drink a bit of milk with a lot of sugar, chocolate powder and salt with cookies or others sweets… After 2 hours and half or three hours I have to go to urine (a very yellow urine)… So today I eliminated milk, I ate a slice of pizza, some chocolate and some cookie. Then I didn’t drink nothing… Well after 3 hours I had to go to urine… I’m astonished… At lunch I drank two sips of fanta… And three hours after I had to go the bathroom. I know a lot of you have said me to not worry too much about these things… But why it doesn’t work? Where the hell this urine came from? Yeah I know food has water in itself but I think that is not too much to put me in the condition to urine almost after three hours…
