Yea it’s really interesting. I lost half a pound from yesterday when I took it at night but now I’m focusing in on it to see.
It’d be great to be able to over eat to restore metabolism but also not gain weight or to much while doing so.
That would be quite the win win.
Both of you thank you and that study was excellent I’m watching matts videos now.
I’m going go back to eating butter throughout the day and see if this helps me burn off some weight I gained as well as body temp!

Definitely agree with the person above on Reading Diet Recovery 2 it’s helping me so far and definitely is interesting and entertaining at the very least.
What helped me raise my body temp was Eddy’s Chocolate Ice cream a few bowls in the morning and then more throughout the day if needed to keep body temp up above 98 degrees. Also Butter seems to help.

David Thanks actually when I was really run down and sick and first
discovered the hormone issue my total Testosterone was around 247 (really fuckin low).
Then through adding barbell exercises like Marks into my life I was able to get it around 400 so that definitely did help a lot.

Rob thanks for the post the older post on the guy raising testosterone above 700 was definitely motivating.
I’m about 9 days into this diet finally the sluggishness and acne are setting it not enough to really to bother me to much.
I was wondering if you think I’m over doing it calorically I’ve put on maybe 3 or 4 lbs doing this I weight around 168lbs and am eating around 5,000-6,000 calories a day do you think this is to much?
Havent really gained any weight either which is also cool lol
Actually today was pretty rainy so maybe that has something to do with the body temperature today. Although for the past few hours its back up to over 98 degrees again which is awesome.
I’m basically trying to use this to restore higher testosterone levels that I believe tanked after I gained and lost a lot of weight.
By the way all you people are awesome on this Forum this is my second post and I always get a bunch of responses lol.

I think I’m on to a strong start with this stuff though I’m assuming the faster one gets above 98 degrees and the longer it begins the hold the faster the metabolism heals.

Thanks a lot Matt I appreciate it. This program is definitely changing the way I view things.
Its day 3 my waking temperature is 96.5 usually and eating a large amount of ice cream early on today and little bits throughout the day have got me to over 98 degrees early in the day for the first time I can remember and its been lasting from 12 noon to 3:30 so I’m thinking this is working pretty fast.
Also digestion has been speeding up significantly.
Thanks to both of you guys for the reply’s I’ll definitely take both into consideration with this process. Both valid points.
