The chili recipe is seriously one of the best chili’s ever. I made a few modifications based on what I had available- I didn’t have an onion so I used a little onion powder, instead of the molasses and balsamic I added a bottle of double stout at the beginning and I added a little cumin. I also used 3 different cans of beans (kidney, pinto and black) that I soaked for about 8 hours with a few tablespoons of cider vinegar (I have read this is supposed to help with digestion of the beans but I have not confirmed that yet).
