    @David,
    Since it is now a month since you posted this, are you doing the diet and is it working for you?

    Hey Matt,
    When I started to implement your Eat for HEAT recommendations back in January, I was able to get my body temps to increase from a low of 96.1 to a more regular 98.8 – 99F. I had gained some weight during first 30 DAYS (re-feed & eat for heat together). Since the end of February, I have pretty much eaten the same foods everyday, yet I experience constant fluctuations in my weight (read: overall weight has remained teh same), one week my clothes would feel loose but the following week they would feel tight, despite no change in my eating regimen. I don’t understand what will it take to lose weight if I don’t go on some hypo-caloric diet. Should I try Carb Cycling? If the leanest people on earth eat a high carbohydrate diet, why can’t I lose weight eating the same diet? Any suggestions?
