I hear you about the animal products. I actually have added in Kerrygold grassfed butter to my diet, which I do feel is helpful. I had a short stint with eggs but I would love to be able to recover my health without animal products because that is where my ethics lies.
I’ve seen a nurtitionist in the past and I’ve been thinking about going back to one recently, in spite of thinking that I’m smarter than a nutritionist and that I know what’s best for my health. Clearly I don’t. Thank you for giving me the motivation to take action for my health.
