    Hi, homepearle

My temps are almost exactly the same as yours 97.4 – 97.8 pre-ovulation and 97.8 – 98.4 post-ovulation. During the day I am always able to get my temp over 98.6 usually even to 99.0. I hope I am on the right track, it feels like am. It will just take more time. I wonder if their is anything else we can do to help the process?

    Hi,

I have been refeeding for about six months. I stopped gaining weight about 2 months ago. I have not lost weight according to the scale but my body looks much better and more importantly I feel much better. Stable moods, better sleep and many many more positive changes. I gained about 25 pounds in all but my body is surprisingly firmer, and the best part is even though I haven’t lost a pound yet my big belly I had in a August is almost flat again without doing really much exercise, some kettle bells once a week for 10 min and light pilates. The only other change I have made is that I am now only eating to appetite. Overall I am optimistic about the weight because I see changes in my body happening almost everyday right in front of my very eyes. Cheers to real food and eating enough of it!

Salsrice how long have you healing your metabolism? I hope to be where you are someday. I have been at it for about two months and have seen some slow but steady progress. My morning temps are slowly increasing. The progress I have made thus far plus hearing about both your progress and that of Finngarian is helping to encourage me.

It took a little over a month for me to see visible results. I also read it can take up to five months, probably depending on the severity. I continue to see progress and hope by the end of the summer to have completely smooth thighs. Good luck!

I try to dry brush at least once daily. You can find some great articles online, as well as videos on YouTube. I bought an Elemis brush from Amazon, natural bristle. It takes a little getting used to at first, but really feels great and my skin is soft smooth and my cellulite is looking so much smoother and less noticeable.

Look up dry brushing it is helping me immensely. I have seen a huge reduction in a little over a month and it is inexpensive and super easy.
