Judging from the comments here, the method Matt encourages (RRARF) to bring up temps does not work. Also, there’s too much info missing – such as what is the state of the thyroid of those not succeeding in raising temps? I got my temps up with thyroid meds. No other method (such as continually pigging out) is bound to work unless the thyroid is functional. Get real.
