    Personally I drink a glass of soda/water/milk with most of my meals and I’m pooping it out 11-12 hrs later usually so I wouldn’t worry about that. I’m also getting 3500-4000 cals a day.

    As for acne if you really really can’t stand it maybe try eliminating dairy

    I have to drink 2 glasses of water at night not to burn up and have a racing heart. I don’t drink it all together or I would end up needing to pee. For example 1 glass an hour before sleep and then another when I’m about to go to sleep.

    I have been doing reduced breathing and the biggest difference is no more boogers. Usually in the morning I have a lot of crap in my nose and sometimes throughout the day. I have also been sleeping better, waking up less do to my sleep apnea. I have also been taking cold showers and doing reduced breathing while in the shower seems to be a lot easier.

    Could be to much salt. Try drinking some more water at night
