    Still from my experience and not only, I do not recommend high sugar/fruits diet. And many people take Ray Peat studies too extremely like eating a lot sugar.

    I do agree with you Jdubs.

    Any extreme diet is not a good choice.
    I know people who felt not well on frutarian diet, but also on “peatarian”.

    I think that jumping from diet to diet it’s very stressful for the body.
    And in the end, who knows everything about our body and how function. We can find opposite views about all categories of food.
    And healthy diet for us is when we feel good .
    I do not know if sugar is toxic or not, all people say differently from their own experience.

    “I think the biggest concerning point is, all of his followers are strictly following the dietary guidelines of one man’s opinion, none of which have been strictly followed by people before him, only Peat himself. I see no studies of healthy centurians who followed a similiar Peat-like diet”

    Word!

    @ Dutchiee

    Thanks :) What the symptoms do you have after eating starch?

    @Saisrice

    If you are ok with the diet now, why you want change.
    I know that in the beginning always you can feel better, but I am not sure how in longer term.
    From my experience any extreme diet is not good.
    And fruits are cooler, in the summer is nice to eat more, but in the winter not easy.

    @Jdubs

    Did you tried this diet?
