I have MS too. I was Dx in 2006. I have been on interferon for years and am just now trying Tecfidera. My first year and a half was bad, but it’s been pretty mild since then. I quit gluten and dairy in 2006 based on the MS Diet, but I am now trying to eat dairy again for the “good” fat and calcium. Occasionally will try gluten but I have neurological symptoms, as opposed to just allergy type symptoms, so I have to be careful of that. I also have Raynaud’s, and I think it might be the main reason I was so interested in this program. It is sooo painful! If I could have warm fingers (and any libido at all), I would be very happy. My sister is big fan of Ray Peat. I will have to check him out.

I don’t know but I have heard that it is possible to reverse dairy intolerance. I was off dairy for years and am now trying to reincorporate it, just a little each day. I take lactase enzymes and drink a little plain kefir each day. Some things I tolerate well, and others I don’t, and it’s often a surprise which is which, so this is all a big experiment. BTW, unfermented soy is estrogenic and can kill your libido, so everyone should avoid it anyway. Good luck!

Have you read Eat for Heat? Perhaps you are drinking too much water?

I also have a chronic post nasal drip, throat clearing thing, which for me is directly related to dairy intolerance. I take lactase enzymes and drink a little bit of plain goat kefir every day. Was off dairy for 7 years but trying to put it back in now for the good fats and calcium.
