About 9:30 to 5:30 works for me. I have never used an alarm clock. I was having difficulty sleeping for about a year, I think due to low fat then low carb diets, trying to control daily acid reflux. I’ve been eating lots more carbs since March, just got back into my prevoius sleep routine within the past month.
